Here's a wonderful praise report from Rick Cerminara: "Hello Pastor, Just heard from Peggy Martin. She finished follow up tests and both doctors say her lung cancer is in remission. Praise God! Rick C."

Update on prayer request for Peggy Martin

Hi church family & friends,

Rick Cerminara emailed to give an update on a prayer request for Peggy Martin, a friend of their family. Here's his update: "I just spoke with Peggy Martin. She is finished with treatment. It has taken a tremendous toll on her physical being. In a couple months she is scheduled for a scan to determine if the treatment was successful. If so praise God, if not they will decide whether to continue treatment or not. She seems to be leaning towards not. She asked me (and LPBC) to pray that the treatment was successful."

Pray that Peggy will be healed, that she will trust in the Lord, and that the Lord will use this sickness to draw many people to faith in Jesus. Thanks for praying!

Prayer Request For Rosie Kilburn

Hi everyone,
Please keep my sister, Rosie Kilburn in prayer. She will be having surgery tomorrow (Friday) at 12:45 for the wound on her leg. She will be released the same day. Pray for her surgeon to have wisdom, and for her to recover quickly. Thanks so much for the prayers, He is good!

Prayer for Int'l Student Ministry

Here is what I am praying for the International Students in our area, please join me . . . . Father God, Thank for the priviledge of serving you. Please shine your marvelous light on the hearts of the international students who will work in the Lake Placid area in the coming year. Bring us into contact with them and allow our church body the joy of watching you work in their hearts and lives. Specifically bless Raquel (Dominican Republic), Emily (Taiwan) and Anna (Russia) who already know Jesus as Saviour, may they grow in the knowledge and grace of the Lord. Protect them and use them in others' lives. Also, please bring Iolanda, Alexandra, Irina, Mirela (all from Romania) and Lucia (Slovakia), Eddie & Eric (Poland) to a saving knowledge of Jesus. May we who know you be generous in our love to them and may they see a love they've never seen before because of your Spirit in us. Be glorified! I love you, Lord.

God is good, all the time. I don't say thank you enough. He allows us the privilege of prayer in Jesus name. We pray for all Christ-centered marriages. They are a triangle of strength... Jesus + husband+ wife. Prayer is the cement of this awesome relationship.

Pray for Our Marriages

Please pray for our marriages. Husband and wives need to stand on the power of God's holy word and believe that we can have what it says. Please pray for strong Godly husbands who will lead their families in the ways of the Lord. Lets get back to the basics. Our families should be our greatest joy. We need to stand together and pray for each other.Praise God for his perfect design of what marriage should be.Thank you all for praying!!
